Do you offer discount codes or free shipping??
Yes! We offer discount codes depending on the item of purchase. A list of all our discount codes can be found highlighted on our Instagram. As for free shipping, we offer free shipping on clip orders over $50 using the code THANKYOU1 and tumbler orders over $100 using the code THANKYOU2. If you have an order with both, it will default to the higher shipping requirement.

How do I make a custom order?
We would love to help you out! If you're looking to have a custom tumbler or clip made, please reach out through our contact form detailing what size (and style for tumblers) you would like as well as any design ideas or questions you may have. We'll be happy to let you know a cost as well and get that order started. All custom orders do require payment upfront.

Do you offer refunds?
Due to the custom nature of our items, we do not offer refunds once we have begun designing unless the error is on our end. If an exception is made, there may be a portion unable to be refunded to cover cost of supplies used. For Ready to Sell (RTS) items, refund is at our discretion. We will do our best to accommodate a refund if the item has not already been shipped. If a RTS item is shipped and refund is requested, item must be unopened and new return postage will be at customer cost.

Item says sold out, how do I find out about restock?
I keep a very limited custom availability due to my outside responsibilities and day job. If an item you're looking for is out of stock, please reach out through our contact form and let me know what you're looking for! I will do my best to accommodate additional requests when possible.

How long does shipping take?
On average, shipping is about 5-7 business days. Unfortunately, we have no control once the item is delivered to the post office. we will provide the tracking number once it has been delivered to the post office and do our best to provide the most timely shipping option available.

My item was damaged/incorrect, what do I do?
All our items are shipped with insurance. If you receive an item damaged in transit, please reach out to your local UPS or USPS office first and contact us through email. We will do our best to help you remedy the situation with them. If an item is made incorrectly by us, please reach out as soon as the item is received with photos and we will assess the next best steps with you.
